Description:
Mexican-style grilled pork. Good for tacos or burritos.

| Qty | Unit | Ingredient |
| 2 | lb. | Pork, sliced into 3/4-inch thick steaks |
| 1 | Yellow Onion (chopped) | |
| 1 | c. | Pineapple (chopped, with juice) |
| 1/2 | c. | Orange Juice |
| 1/4 | c. | Apple Cider Vinegar |
| 3 | cloves | Garlic |
| 2 | tsp. | Salt |
| 1 | tsp. | Mexican Oregano |
| 1 | tsp. | Ground Cumin |
| 2 | Chipotle Peppers (in Adobo) | |
| 2 | tsp. | Adobo Sauce (from Chipotle can) |
| 1 | Tbsp. | Chili Powder |
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except pork in a blender
- Puree into a smooth marinade
- Marinate pork overnight (12-24 hours)
- Grill until done (should be nicely charred on the outside and tender inside)
- Chop meat and serve in tacos or burritos
