Apple Crisp
Description:
Baked apples with an oatmeal crumble topping.
Yield: One 8x8 pan, about 9 servings.

Directions:
- Peel, core, and cube apples
- Add lime juice to apples to slow browning
- Mix Apples with all other ingredients
- Place in a greased 8x8 baking dish

Directions:
- In a food processor, combine the first four ingredients
- Added butter and pulse food processor just until the butter is distributed
- Pour contents into a bowl
- Mix in oats
- Sprinkle on top of filling
- Bake apple crips at 350 F. for about 35 minutes
- Allow to cool for about 15 minutes
- Serve warm with ice cream
