Asian Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon with a mustard and soy sauce glaze.

| 1 | Tbsp. | Dijon Mustard |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Soy Sauce |
| 3 | Tbsp. | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic |
| 4 | Salmon Fillets (skin on) |
Directions:
- Combine first four ingredients
- Drizzle glaze onto salmon, let sit for 15 minutes
- Grill salmon skin-side up for about 4-5 minutes
- Turn salmon skin-side down and apply more glaze if desired
- Grill until done
