Basil Pesto

Description: Pesto with basil and pine nuts.
Yield: 4 Servings

Qty Unit Ingredient
1/2 c. Fresh Basil
2 Tbsp. Pine Nuts (toasted)
1 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1/4 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper


  1. Combine basil, pine nuts, vinegar, lemon juice, and garlic in a blender
  2. Stream in olive oil slowly while blending
  3. Stir in parmesan
  4. Season with salt and pepper
