Pesto with basil and pine nuts.

| 1 | Tbsp. | Lemon Juice |

| 1/4 | c. | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1/4 | c. | Parmesan Cheese |

Directions:
- Combine basil, pine nuts, vinegar, lemon juice, and garlic in a blender
- Stream in olive oil slowly while blending
- Stir in parmesan
- Season with salt and pepper
