BBQ Chicken
Description:
Chicken with BBQ sauce. Can be prepared in the oven or on a grill.
Wait until late in the cooking process to apply the BBQ sauce to avoid
burning (you'll still get a nice-looking char on the grill).

Directions:
- Heat water to a simmer to dissolve salt
- Add cold water to salt solution
- Brine chicken in salty water in the fridge for 4-6 hours
- Remove from brine, pat dry, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
BBQ Chicken (oven)

BBQ Sauce |
Directions:
- Place chicken in a baking dish
- Bake chicken at 400 F. for 25 minutes
- Pour liquid from the pan
- Coat the chicken with BBQ Sauce
- Bake the chicken for another 20-25 minutes
