Blackened Chicken Seasoning

Description:
Seasoning for spicy cajun-seasoned chicken.
Increase or decrease cayenne powder to taste. Try this recipe along with
sweet potato chips.
Yield: At least 12 8-oz chicken breasts (seasoning keeps well so you can store it in a dry place for later use). |

Directions:
- Mix seasoning ingredients
- Coat chicken breasts (or sprinkle lightly for less spiciness)
- Grill (or saute in heavy skillet)
