Braised Pork Ribs
Description:
Tender pork ribs with BBQ sauce.

Directions:
- Rinse and dry ribs
- Place ribs on aluminum foil
- Sprinkle ribs with salt
- Combine other ingredients and coat ribs liberally
- Fold foil around ribs, leaving one end loose
- Place on baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 6 hours

Directions:
- Mix orange juice, water, and lime
- Open one end of foil and pour orange/lime mixture into foil pouch
- Bake for one hour at 350
- Reduce heat to 250 and bake for another two hours
- Remove from oven and drain orange juice mixture from ribs

Directions:
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a sauce pan over low heat

BBQ Sauce |
Directions:
- Separate ribs into serving portion sizes (half rack, quarter rack, whatever)
- Arrange ribs on foil on the baking sheet, meat side down
- Glaze ribs with BBQ sauce and place under broiler for one to three minutes
- Turn ribs meat side up, glaze and broil
- Glaze and broil the meat side two to three more times
- Serve (we keep baby wipes handy for finger clean-up)
