Buttermilk Pancakes

Description: Buttermilk pancakes.
Yield: About 16 3-inch waffles.

Qty Unit Ingredient
1 1/2 c. Flour
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 1/2 c. Buttermilk
3 Tbsp. Butter (Melted)
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Vanilla


  1. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  2. In a separate bowl mix together buttermilk, butter, eggs, vanilla
  3. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, do not overmix
  4. Pour out 1/4 cup of batter at a time to cook
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
