Buttermilk Pancakes

1 1/2 | c. | Buttermilk |
3 | Tbsp. | Butter (Melted) |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 | tsp. | Vanilla |
Directions:
- Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- In a separate bowl mix together buttermilk, butter, eggs, vanilla
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, do not overmix
- Pour out 1/4 cup of batter at a time to cook
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
