Cheesecake Ice Cream

Description: Cheesecake-flavored ice cream.
Yield: About 1 quart

Qty Unit Ingredient
6 oz. Cream Cheese (room temperature)
3/4 c. Sugar
1 c. Heavy Cream
1 c. Sour Cream
1/4 tsp. Vanilla


  1. Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth
  2. Slowly add sugar, then heavy cream, sour cream, then vanilla
  3. Cover and refrigerate for a couple hours
  4. Freeze in ice cream maker
