Cheesecake Ice Cream

Description:
Cheesecake-flavored ice cream.
Yield: About 1 quart |

| 6 | oz. | Cream Cheese (room temperature) |
| 3/4 | c. | Sugar |
| 1 | c. | Heavy Cream |
| 1 | c. | Sour Cream |
| 1/4 | tsp. | Vanilla |
Directions:
- Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth
- Slowly add sugar, then heavy cream, sour cream, then vanilla
- Cover and refrigerate for a couple hours
- Freeze in ice cream maker
