Chicken Chow Mein
Description:
Chicken with noodles, mushrooms, onions, etc. Everyone prepares this
dish a little differently. This was pretty close to my ideal version,
but I'm still working on it. Prepare the sauce and chop all the
vegetables before you begin.

Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bag
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours

Directions:
- Cube chicken breasts
- Dredge chicken in flour
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat
- Brown chicken and remove from pan

Directions:
- Combine soy sauce, rice wine, oyster sauce, and sesame oil
- Whisk in corn starch until disolved

Asian Noodles (prepared according to package directions) |
Directions:
- After removing chicken from the pan, add celery and onion
- Cook until onion is softened
- Add mushrooms, bamboo, and bean sprouts
- Cook until mushrooms and bean sprouts soften
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for about a minute
- Re-introduce chicken and add sauce
- Add cooked noodles
- Mix until sauce coats chicken and noodles
- Serve
