Fried Catfish
Description:
Fried catfish with lemon and garlic.

Directions:
- Combine lemon juice, parsley, and garlic
- Marinate fillets for about 15 minutes

Directions:
- Combine all breading ingredients
- Dredge catfish fillets in breading
- Pan fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side
