Fried Catfish

Description: Fried catfish with lemon and garlic.
Yield: Two Servings


Marinade

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 fillets Catfish
4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 handful Italian Parsley (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (minced or finely chopped)

Directions:

  1. Combine lemon juice, parsley, and garlic
  2. Marinate fillets for about 15 minutes

Breading

Qty Unit Ingredient
1/2 c. Corn Meal
1/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all breading ingredients
  2. Dredge catfish fillets in breading
  3. Pan fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side
  4. Serve immediately
