Description:
Beef and pasta in a paprika tomato sauce.

| 1 | c. | Flour (for coating beef only) |
| 3 | Tomatoes (diced) | |
| 28 | oz | Tomato sauce |
| 3 | cloves | Garlic (minced) |
| 1 | c. | Chicken Stock |
| 1/2 | c. | Onion (chopped) |
| 1/2 | c. | Red Bell Pepper |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Paprika |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Sugar |
| 1 | Tbsp. | Chili Powder |
| 1 | Bay Leaf | |
| Kosher Salt | ||
| Black Pepper | ||

| Marjoram | ||
| 1 | lb. | Elbow Macaroni (cooked, drained) |
Directions:
- Coat beef in flour, discard excess
- Brown beef in olive oil over medium heat (just to carmelize, not to cook through)
- Add beef and all other ingredients except pasta to a crock pot
- Cook on high for 3 hours
- Cook pasta until it is a bit underdone
- Add pasta to the crock pot and cook for 5-10 minutes
