Gyro Burgers
Description:
Lamb burgers.
Yield:
Four quarter pound burgers. We serve with ranch dressing, but you could
make a tzatziki sauce.

Directions:
- Mix all ingredients
- Form four patties
- Grill
- Serve

Directions:
- Coat the bottom of a skillet with olive oil and place over medium heat
- Saute onion and red bell pepper until softened
- Serve onion, bell pepper, and (uncooked) tomato with burgers
