Lemon Garlic Bruschetta

Bruschetta with lemon, garlic, and parsley

| 2 | Tbsp. | Lemon Juice |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1 | clove | Garlic (peeled, whole) |
| Kosher Salt | ||
| Black Pepper | ||
| 1 | Tbsp. | Italian Parsley (chopped) |
Directions:
- Grill bread for two minutes on each side
- Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, and salt together
- When bread is done, remove from grill and rub with garlic clove
- Brush with lemon/oil mixture
- Season with salt and pepper
- Sprinkle chopped parsley
