Lemon Garlic Sauce

Description: A lemon garlic sauce which I serve with seafood.
Yield: 4 Servings

Qty Unit Ingredient
1 c. Reisling (White Wine)
1 Lemon (zest and juice)
2 cloves Garlic
1 c. Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 dash Black Pepper


  1. Combine white wine, lemon zest, and lemon juice and bring to a boil
  2. Reduce by half
  3. Dissolve corn starch in cream
  4. Add the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly
  5. Add butter one tablespoon at a time, incorporating well
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  7. Serve immediately
