Lemon Garlic Sauce

Description:
A lemon garlic sauce which I serve with seafood.
Yield: 4 Servings |

| 1 | c. | Reisling (White Wine) |
| 1 | Lemon (zest and juice) | |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic |
| 1 | c. | Heavy Cream |
| 1 | Tbsp. | Corn Starch |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Butter |
| 1 | tsp. | Kosher Salt |
| 1 | dash | Black Pepper |
Directions:
- Combine white wine, lemon zest, and lemon juice and bring to a boil
- Reduce by half
- Dissolve corn starch in cream
- Add the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly
- Add butter one tablespoon at a time, incorporating well
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Serve immediately
