Macadamia Nut Cookies
Description:
Cookies with white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.

2 1/4 | c. | Flour |
1 | tsp. | Kosher Salt |

1 1/2 | c. | Macadamia Nuts |
1 1/2 | c. | White Chocolate Chips |
Directions:
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar for 5 minutes
- Beat eggs and vanilla together
- Add eggs to creamed ingredients and mix for 3 minutes
- Sift together flour, salt, baking soda
- Add dry ingredients to creamed ingredients
- Mix just until the dough comes together
- Stir in nuts and white chocolate chips just until incorporated
- Form dough into one ounce balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Refrigerate for at least one hour
- Preheat oven to 300 F. about 30 minutes before baking
- Bake at 300 F. for about 8-12 minutes until lightly browned
- Let cool on the pan for about 3 minutes, and another 10 on a rack
