Sweet salsa, great with chicken and seafood.
Yield: Side dish for 4 people. |

| 1/4 | c. | Cucumber (chopped) |
| 1 | Jalapeno Pepper | |

Directions:
- Cube Mango (about 1/3 inch)
- Combine all ingredients
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours
