Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Description: Oatmeal cookies with chocolate and butterscotch chips.
Yield: About 30 cookies

Qty Unit Ingredient
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
3/4 c. Butter (room temperature)
6 Tbsp. Sugar
3/4 c. Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Milk
1 Egg
1 c. Chocolate Chips
1 c. Butterscotch Chips
2 c. Oats

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients
  2. Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar
  3. Mix vanilla, milk, and egg into the creamed mixture
  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients and stir just until mixed
  5. Add chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and oats
  6. Scoop out heaping tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, a couple inches apart
  7. Bake at 375 for about 10-14 minutes
