Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Oatmeal cookies with chocolate and butterscotch chips.

| 1/2 | tsp. | Baking Soda |
| 1/4 | tsp. | Kosher Salt |
| 3/4 | c. | Butter (room temperature) |
| 6 | Tbsp. | Sugar |
| 3/4 | c. | Brown Sugar |
| 1 1/2 | tsp. | Vanilla |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Milk |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | c. | Chocolate Chips |
| 1 | c. | Butterscotch Chips |
| 2 | c. | Oats |
Directions:
- Sift dry ingredients
- Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar
- Mix vanilla, milk, and egg into the creamed mixture
- Combine dry and wet ingredients and stir just until mixed
- Add chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and oats
- Scoop out heaping tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, a couple inches apart
- Bake at 375 for about 10-14 minutes
