Peach Cobbler
Description:
Peach cobbler.
Yield: Makes a 9x9 pan (about 9 servings)

Cold water |
Directions:
- In a food processor, mix flour, sugar, salt, and lime zest
- Add butter and mix just until crumbly
- Add just enough water for the dough to start coming together (no more than 2-3 tablespoons, as soon as you start to see clumps you have enough water)
- Refrigerate dough
- Prepare filling (recipe below)
- Grease a 9x9 baking dish
- Crumble part of the dough (about 1/3) into the bottom of the baking dish
- Add filling
- Roll out the rest of the dough and place it over the top of the filling
- Bake at 375 for 60 minutes (or until dough is cooked through and the top of the crust browns)
- Let cool for about 15 minutes before serving
