Peach Upside-down Cakes
Description:
Individual peach upside-down cakes.

Directions:
- Spread butter cubes in 2 6-oz ramekins
- Add brown sugar
- Chop peach into small chunks and layer evenly over brown sugar
- Sprinkle with cinnamon

Directions:
- Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Whisk together melted butter, buttermilk, and vanilla
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated
- Pour batter over peaches in ramekins
- Bake at 350 F. 20 to 25 minutes.
