Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops

Description: Grilled lamb loin chops with rosemary and thyme.
Yield: Two servings.

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp. Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 lb Lamb Loin Chops


  1. Combine all ingredients except lamb chops into a paste
  2. Spread paste on lamb chops and marinate for 30 minutes
  3. Grill until internal tempurature is 150, flipping once about halfway through
  4. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes
