Stuffed Grilled Chicken
Description:
Chicken breasts stuffed with ham and cheese and covered in a mustard
vinegar sauce.

Directions:
- Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap or wax paper
- Flatten to about 1/8 inch with a meat tenderizer
- Place a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast
- Roll chicken breasts up and and secure with soaked toothpicks
- Brush each chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- Grill until golden brown and cooked through
- Serve with mustard vinegar sauce (recipe below)

- Whisk vinegar and mustard to mix well
- Drizzle in olive oil while whisking
- Add salt, pepper, and parsley
