Tandoori flavored grilled chicken.
Yield: About 4 servings.
|2||c.||Buttermilk (or Yogurt + juice of a lemon)|
- Remove skin from chicken
- Cut 2-4 slices into the thighs and drumsticks
- Combine all seasonings
- Season chicken with some of the seasonings
- Combine the buttermilk (or yogurt and lemon) with the remainder of the seasonings and
- Soak chicken in buttermilk seasoning for 8-24 hours
- Grill until juices run clear (20-30 minutes)
