Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori flavored grilled chicken.

| 4 | Chicken Thighs | |
| 4 | Chicken Drumsticks | |
| 2 | c. | Buttermilk (or Yogurt + juice of a lemon) |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Garlic Powder |
| 2 | tsp. | Garam Masala |
| 2 | tsp | Ground Cumin |
| 1 | tsp. | Chili Powder |
| 1 | tsp. | Paprika |
| 1 | tsp. | Ground Turmeric |
| 1/2 | tsp. | Ground Clove |
| Salt | ||
| Pepper |
Directions:
- Remove skin from chicken
- Cut 2-4 slices into the thighs and drumsticks
- Combine all seasonings
- Season chicken with some of the seasonings
- Combine the buttermilk (or yogurt and lemon) with the remainder of the seasonings and
- Soak chicken in buttermilk seasoning for 8-24 hours
- Grill until juices run clear (20-30 minutes)
