Waffle Cookies
Description:
Chocolate cookies baked in a waffle iron with a rich chocolate frosting.
Works best with a standard waffle iron (as opposed to Belgian waffle iron).
A family favorite for Christmas.
Yield: About 3 dozen cookies

Unsweetened Chocolate |

Vanilla |

Flour |
| 1 |
tsp. |
Kosher Salt |
Directions:
- Melt chocolate squares and butter (microwave or double boiler)
- Mix all ingredients
- Pre-heat waffle iron
- Drop a spoonful of dough in each section of the waffle iron
- Bake for 50-60 seconds
- Repeat until out of dough
- Let cookies cool before frosting

Directions:
- Melt chocolate chips and butter
- Mix all ingredients
- Remove from heat and stir to smooth
- Apply to cookies
