Whipped Cream

Description: Home-made whipped cream. Easist if using an electric mixer. For flavored whipped cream, replace 1 tsp of the vanilla with the extract of your choice.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Qty Unit Ingredient
1 c. Heavy Cream
1/3 c. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla


  1. Chill a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine all ingredients and whip to stiff peaks.
  3. Watch carefully, whipped cream can go from soft peaks to overmixed in less than 30 seconds.
