flavored whipped cream, replace 1 tsp of the vanilla with the
extract of your choice.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
- Chill a mixing bowl.
- Combine all ingredients and whip to stiff peaks.
- Watch carefully, whipped cream can go from soft peaks to overmixed in less than 30 seconds.
